History:
On November 25, 1996, the Company was established according to the business registration No 45663, with a capital of 900.000.000 VND; Number of shareholders: 3 founding shareholders. On February 28, 2002, the Company increased its capital to 18.000.000.000 VND; Number of shareholders: 3 shareholders.
On February 11, 2004, the Company was converted into Informatics Service Provider Incorporation by the business registration No 4103002093; capital is 18.000.000.000 VND, including 180.000 shares, each share with a value of 100.000 VND; Number of shareholders: 3 shareholder.
On July 16 ,2007, the Company changed it name to “Sao Bac Dau Technologies Corporation”. The Company increased its capital to 80.000.000.000 VND, the capital at the time of registration was 22.093.300.000 VND, including 8.000.000 shares, each share with a value of 10.000 VND. The number of shareholders was become 12 shareholders and increased to 9 shareholders.
