The Company is principally involve in producing and marketing of outdoor indoor furniture and technical rubber products. Its 5 factories (4 Wooden Processing Factories and 1 Technical Rubber Processing Factory) and 1 subsidiary company specializes in manufacturing outdoor and indoor furniture made of rubber wood and acacia, technical rubber products, rubber outsoles, slippers, sandals and EVA sheet.
The Company is also involved in the trading of natural rubber (eg, SVR 3L, SVR 5, SVR 10, SVR 20, Latex, chemicals and real estate.

History:
Rubber Industry Import - Export Corporation (Rubico) was founded on 1 January 1984 as a State Company belongs to the Vietnam General Rubber Corporation – now it's become Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. The Company operates under the business registration certificate number 4103003436 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on 28 May 2005, 2005.
On July 01, 2005 RUBICO became a Joint Stock Company and assume its current name, RUBBER INDUSTRY IMPORT- EXPORT JOINT STOCK COMPANY (RUBICO).
2016: The Company s shares were listed on Upcom under the symbol RBC
