PV2 Investment Joint Stock Company (PV2) is a real estate and financial investment company located in Ha Noi, Vietnam. It was established on June 29, 2007, with an initial charter capital of VND 150 billion. PV2 was formed through the capital contribution of five founding members, including PetroVietnam Insurance Corporation (PVI), Tan Vien Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PVR), Petroleum Finance Company (Pvcombank), Song Da Industrial Park and Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company (SUDICO), and Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB). Despite the economic crisis in 2008, PV2 managed to achieve impressive results with a revenue of VND 68.6 billion and a profit after tax of VND 7,618 billion. In the same year, PV2 increased its charter capital to VND 182.5 billion. In 2010, PV2 further increased its charter capital to VND 373.5 billion to support its investment activities and enhance its competitiveness in the market. PV2 also listed its shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange with the stock code PV2 on December 16, 2010.
