1978: Formerly know as Building Material Supply Station was established since 1978.
1991: Renamed to Thanh Hoa Building Material Supply Factory under decision No.1095/TC-UBTH issued by Chairman of People s Committee of Thanh Hoa Province on December 29, 1991.
1994: Renamed to Thanh Hoa Building Material Company under decision No.623/TC-UBTH issued by People s Committee of Thanh Hoa Province on May 16, 1994.
2000: Renamed to Construction Investment and Urban Development Company No.4 under decision No.980/QD-BXD issued by the Minister of Construction on July 14, 2000.
2004: Renamed to HUD4 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company under decision No.1193/QD-BXD issued by Minister of Construction on July 23, 2004.
2006: The Company operates in the model of the parent company - subsidiary under decision No. 595/QD-BXD issued by Minister of Construction on March 30, 2006.
2012: The Company was listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on September 7, 2012. On December 7, 2012, the Company delisted at the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange under decision No. 168/2012/QD-SGDHCM.
