HISTORY:
2008: Established on July, 28th, 2008, with the first name was Southern Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company , under the Resolution No. 183/NQLTDU-HDQT-TCT, date on May, 9th, 2008 by PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation.
2010: Merger of Incomex Construction Joint Stock Company under the Resolution No. 18/NQDHDCD by General Meeting of Shareholders, date on December, 28th, 2009. The company changed name to Saigon Petroleum Construction And Investment Joint Stock Company.
2011: The company stock was listed first on Ha Noi Stock Exchange (HNX) , under the symbol PSG . The first trading day s on March, 15th, 2011.
2014: The Company s shares were delisted from HNX on June, 4, 2014, under the Regulations, because the Company has operated at a loss in three consecutive years 2011, 2012 and 2013, as well as the auditor has concluded that the audited consolidated financial statements 2013 and audited unconsolidated financial statements 2013 do not fairly represent the organization s financial position.
2015: The Company shares were re-listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol PSG since September 15, 2015
