History:
1990: Hoang Thi Loan Textile Garment Joint Stock Company was formerly established from the merger of Vinh Spinning Factory and HOANG THI LOAN TEXTILE COMPANY - state enterprises under People s Committee of Nghe An Province, established on the 1st May 1990.
2004: Board of Directors of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Joint Stock Company Promulgated Decision No. 785 / QD-HDQT on separating Vinh Spinning Factory and merged into HOANG THI LOAN TEXTILE COMPANY and changed its name to HOANG THI LOAN TEXTILE AND GARMENT COMPANY on September 24th, 2004. .
2005: The Minister of Finance has Decision No. 3795 / BCN approving the equitization project on November 16th, 2005; Hoang Thi Loan Textile Garment Joint Stock Company was converted and operated under the model of a Joint Stock Company under the business registration certificate No. 2900324811 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An Province for the first time on January 18th, 2006.
