1976: People s Committee of Nghe An Province decision No. 1308/QD-UB to merge two Nghe An Pharmaceutical State-owned and Ha Tinh to Nghe Tinh Pharmaceutical Company on May 20, 1976.
1981: Merged 3 enterprises I, II, Enterprise of producing traditional medicine with Nghe Tinh pharmaceutical company into Nghe Tinh pharmaceutical joint-venture enterprise on July 27, 1981.
1991: Implementation of state policy of separation divides the province, Nghe Tinh Province into two provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh, the new company is named after Nghe An Pharmaceutical Company.
