1983: Renamed to Vinh Phu Railway management Factory on August 2, 1983 under the decision number 570QD/TCDS of Railway General Department.
2003: Renamed to Vinh Phu Railway management Company on March 20, 2003.
2010: Renamed to Vinh Phu Railway management Company Limited under the decision number 7I7/QD-DS on June 29, 2010 of Vietnam Railways Corporation.
2015: Renamed to Vinh Phu Railway Joint Stock Company under the decision number 3898/QD-BGTVT on October 30, 2015.
2016: Shares of the Company were officially listed at Hanoi Stock Exchange (UPCOM) with stock code DSV . The first day of trading day is on December 2, 2016.
