04 June 1981: Formerly known as Construction Mechanical Engineering Plant under Construction Company No.7 was established
28 October 1999: COSEVCO Ceramic Tiles Company was established through reorganization of 2 subordinate units under the Central Construction Corporation, including Danang Ceramic Tiles Plant and Cosevco Danang Cement Plant
26 December 2006: Ministry of Construction issued the Decision No.1783/QD-BXD on approving the plan of equitizing and transforming COSEVCO Ceramic Tiles Company into a joint stock company;
17 January 2007: Tranformed into COSEVCO Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company
08 October 2018: Traded on the UPCOM market with symbol DCR
