NHI HIEP BRICK AND TILE JOINT STOCK COMPANY, located in Binh Duong, was established in 1952 as Nhi Hiep Brick and Tile Factory. It was one of the well-known brick factories in the Southeast region before 1975. From 1978 to 2000, it operated as a brick factory under Binh Duong Materials and Construction Joint Stock Company. On January 1, 2001, it transformed its operation under the equitization model and became Binary Hiep Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company. The company was among the first to equitize under the provincial policy, with an initial charter capital of VND 9,990,000,000. By 2016, the charter capital had increased to VND 30,415,420,000. In 2002, the company invested in a construction stone processing workshop, introducing new products and contributing to its production and business efficiency. In 2015, due to the urbanization policy of Di An town, the company had to relocate its production to Binh Thuan province. It took over Song Phan Joint Stock Company to improve production and firing technology under the tunnel kiln system, with a capacity of over 30 million bricks per year. The company's current headquarters is located near inland waterways for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to neighboring provinces.
