HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT
1974: Industrial Gas Company SOVIGAZ was established from the merger of Vietnam Industrial Gas (SOVIGAZ) and Vietnam Subdivision S.O.A.E.O
1976: Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Company was established under Decision No 229 / HC-TCCB of General Chemicals on May 18, 1976
2007: The company was converted into Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Company Limited.
2014: Vietnam Chemical Corporation issued Decision No. 381 / QD-HCVN on approving the equitisation plan and moving Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Company Limited into a joint stock company dated September 23th 2014 Industrial Gas and Welding Electrode Company Limited organized to sell shares to the public for the first time the day October 11th 2014
2016: The Company s shares were listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol SVG
