The Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company in Hanoi, formerly known as the Textbook Printing Factory, was established on September 9, 1975, under Decision No. 644/QD-GD of the Minister of Education. On December 9, 1995, the factory was transferred under the Education Publishing House, and on March 29, 2004, it was transformed into a Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company in Hanoi under Decision No. 1576/QD-BGD&DT-TCCB of the Minister of Education and Training. The company's main business activities include printing textbooks, books, newspapers, magazines, labels, schedules, packaging products, and socio-economic management papers. They also produce and trade various products such as paper lines, school notebooks, labels, notebooks, and stationery. Additionally, the company is involved in the import and export of materials, goods, and printing technical equipment. Throughout its development, the company has received several awards and titles from the Party and the State, including labor medals and the Order of Independence.
