In 1999, the company underwent equitization and was renamed My Chau Printing and Packaging Joint Stock Company. It transitioned to the field of printing and manufacturing metal packaging. The company specializes in providing printed sheets and packaging in metal, aiming to compete with imports and cater to the export market. This was a new venture for the Vietnamese industry at the time. My Chau Printing and Packaging Joint Stock Company currently has over 1,000 employees and more than 300 customers. It specializes in manufacturing and printing coated tin cans for the food and industrial sectors in the Vietnamese market. The company's main products include tin cans, paint tins, 2-piece cans, and 3-piece cans. These cans are used in various industries such as the wet food industry (fish, meat, agricultural products) and the dry food industry (milk powder, nuts, coffee, etc.). The company also offers metal packaging printing services, including printing on tin and aluminum for beer and beverage bottle caps. The company's metal packaging is designed to ensure tightness, protect against light and ultraviolet rays, and have high temperature resistance and heat transfer capacity.
