Cong Ty Co Phan Song Da 6 is a construction company located in Ha Noi, Vietnam. It was established on 01/05/1983 as the Hydraulic Construction Company and later changed its name to Song Da No 6 Construction Company. The company was a unit member of the Song Da Corporation and played a significant role in the construction of hydraulic works, including the Hoa Binh hydroelectric projects. During its early years, the company had six affiliated enterprises, a fleet of concrete pumps, and a mechanical repair workshop. It employed over 4,000 people and completed various projects such as intake, spillway, water tunnels, transformers Tunnel, machine Tunnel, and traffic tunnel. In the following years, the company faced challenges due to the lack of jobs and the transition to a market economy. It participated in the construction of the Hoa Binh hydroelectric project, hydropower projects in Laos, and various cement plants. In 1996, the company relocated to Phu Yen province to work on the Song Hinh hydropower project. It later moved its headquarters to Gia Lai Province in 2002. The company has been involved in the construction of several hydroelectric projects, roads, bridges, and urban buildings.
