The company was previously known as Eternit of France and started construction in 1964. It was later renamed Dong Nai Asbestos Cement Factory and became part of the Union of Cement Enterprises. In 1993, it was renamed Dong Nai Construction Construction Roofing Company and became responsible for producing and consuming fibro cement products and other construction materials. The company has continuously expanded its production and business capacity and has invested in various projects to increase its capacity and meet market demand. After being equitized in 2000, the company has seen significant growth and has maintained a large market share in the South Central provinces to the Mekong Delta region.
