1981: Minister of Construction promulgated a decision to change the Company s name to Transport materials Supply Company on May 26, 1981
1990: The Company s name was changed into Construction and Supply Materials Company on February 24, 1990.
1993: The Company s name was changed to Construction and Business Materials Company on March 18, 1993.
2003: The Company was converted into a Joint Stock Company with the name Construction and Materials Trading Joint Stock Company on January 15, 2003.
2008: The Company s shares were listed under the symbol CNT on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on July 28, 2008.
2014: The Company s sharer were delisted from Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on May 15, 2014.
2015: The Company s shares were re-listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol CNT
2022: The Company changes its name to CNT Group Corporation from April 6, 2022.
