History begin
- On June 6, 1974, Cao Son Coal Mine Construction Industry was established.
- On September 17, 1996, the Minister of Industry issued Decision No. 2606/QDTCCB deciding to establish Cao Son Coal Mine as an independent accounting member enterprise of Vietnam Coal Corporation.
- On October 16, 2001 passed Decision No. 405/QD-HDQT, officially renaming Cao Son Coal Mine to Cao Son Coal Company, an independent accounting member of Vietnam Coal Corporation.
- On 2008-08-08, the Company changed into Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company - TKV is a subsidiary of Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group.
- On April 26, 2021, the company listed shares on UPcom at the price of 17,100 VND/share, the stock code is CST.
