Thong Nhat Steel Sheet Joint Stock Company (TNFS) is located in Vung Tau, Vietnam. It was established to meet the increasing demand for steel sheet in Vietnam and the region. The founding shareholders of TNFS are all in the steel industry. The company's main equipment is invested in advanced technology from INTERGRATED INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS (I2S) of Tenova Group. TNFS owns a 4-axis reversing cold rolling machine with features such as automatic gage control system, ABB automatic flatness control system, ACS 800 inverter system of ABB, and General Electric RX7i Programmable Logic Controller. The rolling mill is designed with 2 independent drives for 2 rolling shafts, allowing for easy control and tension adjustment. TNFS produces cold rolled steel coils with a depth of 0.15 ÷ 1.8 mm and a width of 650 ÷ 1,250 mm. The plant started operations in July 2010 and follows strict testing procedures to meet the international standard JIS G3141:06. TNFS aims to become one of the leading steel sheet companies in Vietnam and the region, focusing on customer satisfaction and providing high-quality products and services.
