1976: The Company's forerunner was Agrex Saigon Export Agricultural Product and Food Company - a State-owned Enterprise established on September 22, 1976.
2005: The Company was renamed to Saigon Export Foodstuffs and Agricultural Products JSC under the Decision No.5674/QD-UBND on November 8, 2005 by Ho Chi Minh City People s Committee, operates under the business license number 4103004897 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on June 16, 2006. It officially started operating as a Joint Stock Company on July 01, 2006.
2009: The business license was changed to the new number 0301042973 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City on August 27, 2009.
2015: The Company s shares were listed on Hanoi Upcom Securities Trading Center under the symbol AGX
