1987: Passenger Transport Enterprise was established on January 1, 1987 under Decision No. 628 TCP / TCCB by Cam Pha Coal Company.
1997: Passenger Transport Enterprise was a member unit of Vietnam National Coal Corporation and was renamed to Transportation and Miner Commuting Service Enterprise.
2000: Transportation and Miner Commuting Service Enterprise was a member unit of Material, Transport and Stevedoring Company.
2004: Transportation and Miner Commuting Service JSC was formally established on January 1, 2004 in the form of merger Transportation and Miner Commuting Service Enterprise and Transportation and TKV - Miner Commuting Service JSC.
2007: The Company was renamed to TKV - Transportation and Miner Commuting Service JSC on April 25, 2007.
2011: The Company was renamed to Vinacomin - Transportation and Miner Commuting Service JSC in July 2011.
2015: THe compnay s shares were listed on Upcom under the symbol VTM
