Ben Tre Construction Material Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

Ben Tre Building Materials Joint Stock Company, located in Ben Tre, was established as a state-owned enterprise on January 17, 1978, under Decision No. 30/TC-CQ of the People's Committee of Ben Tre province. It was later re-established as a joint stock company on May 24, 2004, according to Decision No. 1852/QD-UB of Ben Tre People's Committee. Since its establishment, the company has achieved significant milestones, including expanding its activities to sand mining in 1996 and merging with the Building Materials Manufacturing Enterprise in 2000. In 2005, the company invested in a factory producing tole and steel purlins, and in 2006, it expanded its activities to the field of construction. The company also raised its charter capital to VND 40,490,060,000 in 2009. The main business lines of Ben Tre Building Materials Joint Stock Company include producing and trading construction materials and interior decoration items, river sand mining, freight services, investment in infrastructure construction, leveling construction, civil and industrial construction, leasing machinery and equipment, and operation of the office headquarters. The company has received several achievements and awards, including the Third Class Labor Medal in 1996, the Second Class Labor Medal in 2002, and the First Class Labor Medal in 2008. In 2003, the government awarded the company the emulation flag for excellent and comprehensive completion of tasks, leading the labor emulation movement of production and work in Ben Tre province.
