AAV Group Joint Stock Company is a multi-sector business located in Hai Duong, Vietnam. It was established in April 2010 and is headquartered at Viet Tien Son Office Building, KDC East Yat Kieu Street, Cong Hoa Ward, Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province. Since its establishment, the company has demonstrated its strength in the real estate business. AAV Land Joint Stock Company specializes in real estate leasing, trading, and construction. AAV Trading Joint Stock Company specializes in import and export of construction machinery and equipment. Viet Tien Son Joint Stock Company specializes in restaurants, catering services, and event organization. In addition to investing in subsidiary companies, AAV Group has established real estate trading floors in Hai Duong City and Chi Linh Town, opened branches in Hanoi, and established an international travel center. The company is also actively promoting investment cooperation and joint ventures in the construction materials and recycled plastic production sectors. As of December 31, 2016, the company had a charter capital of 125 billion VND, consolidated revenue of 163.72 billion VND, consolidated after-tax profit of 15.35 billion VND, and a dividend payout ratio of 10% for shareholders. By 2022, the company aims to have a charter capital of 700 billion VND, consolidated revenue of 996 billion VND, consolidated after-tax profit of 125.5 billion VND, and a dividend payout ratio of 15% for shareholders.
