1960: -The Company s precursor was Construction Site No. 105, which was later transformed into Construction Company No. 105.
-After the merger of Construction Site No. 108 and a part of Construction Site No. 5 with Construction Company No. 105, established Industrial Construction Company.
1972: The Industrial Construction Company was separated its department of water electricity installation to set up the Electric Water Machine Company and then was changed to Industrial Construction Company under the Hanoi Construction Department in October. In 1972.
2007: Renamed to Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company by Decision No. 3081 / QD-Committee August 2, 2007 of the People s Committee of Hanoi.
