1988: The forerunner of the Company was Bien Hoa Building Materials Production Factory was established based on the mergence of Bien Hoa Land Minning Factory and Bien Hoa Sand Mining Factory under Decision No. 397/QD.UBTP of People s Committee of Bien Hoa City on March 20, 1988 .
1996: Bien Hoa Building Materials Production Factory renamed Bien Hoa Building Materials Production And Construction Company under Decision No.5425/QD.UBT of People s Committee of Dong Nai Province on November 12, 1996 .
2005: Bien Hoa Building Materials Production And Construction Company renamed to Bien Hoa Building Materials Production And Construction Company Limited under Decision no.1724/QD.CT.UBT of Chairman of Dong Nai Province on May 5, 2005.
