1996: Separated the company into two companies: An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company (formerly An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Company) and An Giang Agriculture and Food Import - Export Company was established under the Decision 69/QDUB dated Jan., 29th, 1996 by People s Committee of An Giang Prov.
2011: Converted into joint stock company with the new name An Giang Agriculture and Food Import - Export Joint Stock Company on April 1st, 2011. The Business Registration Certificate No. 5206000005 dated Jan., 30th, 1996 by People s Committee of An Giang Prov. On Jan., 4th, 2011. The Business Registration Certificate No. 1600194461 by Department of Planning and Investment of An Giang Prov.
