As collected, Mr. Lachize Didier Albert and Ms. Le Thi Van used to establish a company as an intermediary business in the buying and selling process in 1992 and later, they decided to switch to being responsible for purchasing, importing and distributing themselves by forming New Viet Dairy in 1997. It means that they have more than 30 years of experience in this industry.They have diversified investment portfolio through owning two companies (Seagulls Investment Development Jsc – 2008 and New Generation Jsc - 2008) to control Le Square Epicier Fin Co Ltd (2018), M.T.C Industrial Equipment Company Limited (2016) and Mai Nguyen Trading Service Jsc (2001). Additionally, Seagulls provides support service, computer management and consultancy activities to companies in the group while Le Square Epicier Fin is the concept store, joining a delicatessen store, a catering area, a bakery and a café/restaurant. Meanwhile, its customers operate in hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering, fast food chains, all major & smaller retailers and convenience chains. This will form supply chain. And, they are senior managers and key managers having power on the key policies (products, investment, supplier, customer, marketing, etc.). Moreover, it is a family owned business.For strategy, Mr. Lachize Didier Albert said that it competes and survives in the intensive environment by putting customers in the highest position, selecting carefully suppliers (i.e., over the past 40 years, Mr. Lachize Didier Albert has visited countless factories and farms around the world to discuss details, learn who they are and let them know who he is); and staff (i.e., building people, letting people build businesses) associated with a long term development investment strategy.
