The subject was founded in 2004 as a pharmaceutical products manufacturer and got WHO-GMP certified in 2006. In 2014, Davipharm reached the first 100 registered products and started exporting its medicinal products to the Philippines and Cambodia. In 2017, Adamed Pharma Spolka Akcyjna acquired 70% of shares in the subject, becoming the biggest direct Polish investor in Vietnam. On 16 April 2021, Davipharm announced the certification of Vietnam's first High Potency (HP) Drugs Zone for the production of cytotoxic/cytostatic oral solids. While in 2022, the subject worked on the products from the technology transfers, the main purpose by 2025 is to achieve EU-GMP certification for HP Zone, as well as for other production lines. Its operation is still normal at this time.
