DOJI LAND CO.,LTD - the subject company is known as a whole subsidiary of DOJI GOLD & GEMS GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY. It was officially established in 2014, getting involved in investing and trading real estate projects in Vietnam. The typical projects could be mentioned such as DOJI Tower (in Ha Noi City, now the headquarters of DOJI Group), The Sapphire Residence and Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long (in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province), Diamond Crown Hai Phong (in Hai Phong City), The Sapphire Mansions (in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, including 47 luxury villas), etc. Lately, in the Dot Property Awards 2021, DOJI LAND has been honored to be the best luxury developer. It seems that the subject's projects are interested in by clients and investors, which were said to be regularly sold out within half of a year after the ceremony of opening for sales. From mass media, we found that a joint name of DOJI GOLD & GEMS GROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY (the subject's parent) - DOJI LAND REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED (the subject) - BLUE STAR REAL ESTATE CO.,LTD (the subject's whole subsidiary) has been stated to be the sole investor registering to project "Residence & Service Commerce Complex" in Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam. The estimated investment capital for this project is about VND 4,123 billion.In late Dec 2021, the subject rapidly increased the charter capital to VND 1,500 billion from VND 500 billion previously. It has been also expanding investments in subsidiaries. The development potential seems to be expected. It is said that the company has got meaningful credit support from TP Bank; the former Chairman cum General Director - Mr. Do Minh Phu currently keeps the Chairman position in this bank.
