EVC was formed to manufacture wooden boards in mid-2011. Materials for products are purchased primarily in the local market. Besides, it also imports from some Asian markets such as Japan, China and Thailand. Most of finished products are supplied to the subject's parent company headquartered in Japan. In the two last years, total sales of the subject grew slightly, however, its profit went down because of a significant rise in forwarding expenses. Although the profitability ratios declined, they were still better than the industry average indexes. In 2023, the forwarding cost declines slightly, a female accountant said. It is expected that the subject's profitability will augment again.
