Namely, it transferred 346.257 sqm for Tco Real Estate Business And Consultancy JSC in Jun 2019, 2 land plots, including Lot B3-CT03 with areas of 18.826 m2, Lot B3-CT06 on areas of 18.699 m2 for Minh Tan Ha Noi Real Estate Company Limited in Aug 2019; a land plot of college with areas of 226.828 sqm for Vinacademy Education And Training Limited Liability Company in Oct 2019 and 2 land plots with areas of 35,000 sqm for Sv Real Estate Investment Development Business JSC in Jan 2020. This project started construction in 2018 and now residents have moved here to live very crowded. In fact, Vingroup Joint Stock Company is its ultimate parent company with 100% voting right rate and 73.83% benefit rate at Ecology Development And Investment Joint Stock Company. Thus, the company has received many financial supports from VINGROUP, one of biggest real estate groups in Vietnam.
