The subject works as an investor in construction industry. Following our interview with its staffs, it's specialized in apartments and low-rise buildings in Hanoi. It also owns 2 guesthouses in Tam Dao town. In addition, it's a distributor for RAL's products. According to our investigation, Mr. Le Dinh Hung and Ms. Le Thi Kim Yen (his sister) – chairman and general director of the subject respectively, have acquired transferred shares in Rang Dong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company (stock code: RAL) from State Capital Investment Corporation since 2015. RAL is one of the leading and perennial producers of lights and vacuum flask in Vietnam. Based on audited financial statement 2019 of RAL, Mr. Hung holds 9.26% and Ms. Yen owns 15.24% shares. At the moment, Ms. Yen holds the position of management council's member. Currently, the subject is the largest client of RAL with VND 157,594 million of receivable from customer at FYE 2019.
