GPPD ENERGY COMPANY LIMITED gets involved in manufacturing mercury-free alkaline zinc manganese batteries and accessories. Its factory was started to construct on 09 Jan 2020 and put into operation at the beginning of 2021. Covering an area of 30,000 sqm, this is a green technology project with the first factory in Vietnam, which has a total investment of USD 30 million and a total capacity of 936 million products per year.As shared by Ms. Mai from the accounting department, current production reaches about 80% of the total capacity. The output in the first six months of this year increased by about 40% compared to last year. About 90% of products are exported to the US market but under the designation of its key client in China - Ningbo Battery & Electrical Appliance I/E Co., Ltd.
