Growmax Aquafeed Company Limited (Vietnam)

The subject is considered as the one member of Growmax Group. The subject is owned by Vietnamese individual shareholders. Its core business is manufacturing aquatic feed (mainly for shrimp) with production capacity of 230,000 tons per year. The company imports production lines from Taiwan and Philippines. Its materials for production are mainly purchased from Mc Fish Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Besides the domestic market, its finished products are also oriented for export in upcoming time. In 2022, the company reached the output milestone of 220,000 tons, rising to the position of 3 companies with the largest shrimp feed production in Vietnam. Since March 2023, raw shrimp prices across the country have continuously decreased, pushing current shrimp prices to a record low compared to many years. Although farmed shrimp reach large sizes, low prices lead to low profits and even losses. With the desire to share and accompany shrimp farmers in the Southwest region in particular and the whole country in general, GrowMax has pioneered in reducing the prices of shrimp feed products. The discount depends on each item, however some items have a discount of up to 20,000 VND/bag.
