2002: Hanoi People s Committee issued Decision No. 8I03 / QD-UB on the transformation of Hanoi Pharmaceutical Enterprise into Ha Noi Pharma Joint Stock Company, with the initial charter capital of VND 7,900,000,000 (par value of 100.OOO / share).
