Ha Thanh Concrete Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

Founded in late 2000, the subject currently operates in some business fields including manufacturing and constructing asphalt concrete, commercial concrete, concrete culverts, piles, and structures; investing in industrial parks and office buildings; construction of civil and industrial projects; manufacturing of ceramic tiles and granite tiles; and generating rooftop solar power.In 2019, the subject built Ha Thanh Ceramic Tile Factory in Dong Thap Province with a total capital of VND 800 billion. As disclosed, the factory has reached the capacity of 500,000m2/day. Operating with around 400 employees, the plant brought over 40% of the total sales in 2021, and 2022.In 2020, the subject was selected as the investor of the Tran De Industrial Park project, located at Ngan Ro 1 Hamlet, Tran De Town, Tran De District, Soc Trang Province, Vietnam. As introduced, the project has a total area of 160 hectares and a total investment capital of VND 1,230 billion. According to the subject's administrative manager, its sales in the first 9 months of 2023 exceeded the sales of the whole year 2022.
