The subject is an One member limited liability company, which was set up in 2004 in Thai Nguyen Province. Its goal is to trade steel products for construction field. It is currently distributing steel products of some domestic manufacturers such as SSESTEEL LTD, THÁI NGUYEN IRON AND STEEL JOINT STOCK CORPORATION (TISCO), VIET NAM - ITALY STEEL JOINT STOCK COMPANY (VISCO), HOA PHAT… Up to now, most of products are supplied for domestic market, mainly in the Northern area and small rate is exported to China. Since 21 May 2021, this company has remarkably increased the charter capital from VND 36 billion to VND 200 billion, which has been remained up to now.From the financial aspect, due to negative effects of the Covid Pandemic, the subject's business result decreased strongly in two recent years, instead of the uptrend as in the two previous years. However, in 2021, owner's investment capital increased strongly to VND 200 billion (from VND 36 billion in previous years), concurrently, short-term loans and financial leases slumped to VND 232.5 billion. As a result, debt ratios fell significantly against previous years. The capital structure was also improved and became safer in recent year.In general, its operation performance was still considered low.
