The subject currently operates in two fields:- Trading solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and related products.- Processing forest products.As revealed by Mr. Tran Van Dung, chief accountant, the subject does not have import and export activity. The petroleum products are purchased from domestic suppliers. The forest products are distributed to some companies in processing and industry zones with little amount.The subject's charter capital is still stable at VND 1,833 million. The shareholder list includes Vietnamese individuals but Mr. Dung has refused to support the latest one. Generally, the subject's business activity is normal. In our opinion, transactions for the subject should be proceeded under strict monitoring.
