The subject specializes in processing frozen catfish, mainly pangasius products. As shared by Ms. Thao from the administrative department, about 90% of its products are for export; of which China is a major export market. The subject currently does not have import activity. Its materials are from farming areas owned by the family of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Chairman cum Director.The subject has become a large company in the industry after more than four years of establishment. In 2022, thanks to export market expansion and an increase in seafood prices, especially pangasius, its net sales achieved VND 505 billion, soaring by 237% compared to 2021.According to the mass media, Vietnam's seafood export turnover in 2022 reached USD 11 billion for the first time, up 23.8% over the same period in 2021; in which, pangasius reached USD 2.35 billion, an increase of about 70% compared to 2021. However, the world market is still heavily affected by inflation, causing the demand for seafood to decline. In the first quarter of this year, Vietnam's seafood exports decreased by more than 27% compared to the same period last year. According to Ms. Thao, the subject's activities in the first months of this year were more difficult.
