In 2011, Jollibee, a popular food service company in Philippines has bought 49% of the business department of Viet Thai International. HIGHLANDS COFFEE has expanded its coffee shop in Philippines through franchising (with IP Ventures Inc). Its coffee products are all originated from Vietnam. Currently, the subject is a subsidiary of SF VUNG TAU JOINT STOCK COMPANY. JSF INVESTMENTS PTE LTD (subsidiary of JOLLIBEE FOODS CORPORATION) owns 60% stakes of this company.As public, subject has over 500 coffee shops and huge labor force of 10,000 (including part time staff).
