The subject specializes in constructing, designing, and consulting factory and office projects. It has two offices in Dong Nai Province and Hai Phong City. Being founded in 2007, the subject has constructed many projects nationwide such as Bellwether Electrics (Vietnam) at Industrial Park No. 5 - Hung Yen Province, Jia Wei Life (Vietnam) at My Thuan Industrial Park - Nam Dinh Province, Aeon Mortor at Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park – Vinh Phuc Province, Ever Growth (Viet Nam) at Long Khanh Industrial Park – Dong Nai Province, Mocal Creative at Ascendas Protrade Industrial Park – Binh Duong Province, World Top at Chau Duc Industrial Park – Ba Ria Vung Tau Province, and so on. As shared by the Assistant General Director, the subject achieved International Standard Certifications including LEED V4.1, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001. Currently, it is constructing the food processing factory of Binh Vinh Sai Gon Food at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park in Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City with a total area of 14.8 ha. The subject is operating with about 200 staff including Taiwanese managers, engineers/architects, and administration, finance, purchasing departments. Besides, it has about 3000 part-time construction workers, depending on each project.
