Hoang Long Seafood Processing Company Limited (Vietnam)

Formed in 2008 as a one-member limited liability company, the subject is now owned fully by Mr. Pham Hoang Long - chairman. It focuses on processing, and exporting pangasius. It has a subsidiary for farming pangasius on areas of 48 ha at Tan Cuong Hamlet, Phu Cuong Commune, Tam Nong District, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam, which supplies materials pangasius for the subject. If there is a shortage of raw materials, it also buys from other farmers in the Mekong Delta region. As investigated, although legally, it does not have a relationship with Hoang Long group at present; in fact, they have the same board of directors - Ms. Pham Thuy An.  The subject purchases feed from a subsidiary of Hoang Long Group - MEKONG AQUAFEED COMPANY LIMITED. Most of its products are exported to USA, EU and some countries such as Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, China, .... Financial data of the subject showed a continuous loss over the years. In 2022, as shared, it generated nearly VND 2,000 billion of turnover but still lost due to facing high costs and the fluctuation of the exchange rate.
