The subject was founded in 2015 by two foreign shareholders with a charter capital of USD 6,300,000. Since late Oct 2021, it has decreased its charter capital to USD 4,882,500 due to a business separation, thus, one of the shareholders, HONGYE INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED, has already withdrawn capital to establish an entity at Lot A2.2, Road D2, Thanh Thanh Cong IP, namely HONGDA (VIET NAM) TEXTILE COMPANY LIMITED. Accordingly, the firm has become a one-member limited liability company with the whole ownership of RISE SUN INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED from Hong Kong. The subject and HONGDA (VIET NAM) TEXTILE COMPANY LIMITED are independent on legal form and management as well, they have the same business activity.Main activity of the subject is to manufacture and process knitted fabrics (main product, occupying nearly 90% of its output), and other garment accessories. According to Purchasing Department, formerly, it imported about 30% - 40% of materials from foreign markets but now the ratio is only about 10% due to large transportation costs. She also shared that the business activities were stable in 2022.
