HSBC Vietnam provides a full range of banking and financial services including Personal Finance and Wealth Management Services, Corporate Banking Services, Foreign Exchange and Capital Markets Services, Cash and Liquidity Management Services Currency, International Settlement Services and Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange, Capital Markets and Securities Services… Recently, following the trend of bancassurance, this bank registered insurance agency activities to diversify income sources.HSBC Vietnam committed to arranging capital of USD 12 billion by 2030 to finance directly and indirectly sustainable projects in Vietnam. This commitment supports the goal of net zero emissions by 2050 that the Prime Minister of Vietnam pledged at COP26 and requires significant investment in renewable energy and green infrastructure. In a letter to the Government of Vietnam, HSBC Vietnam presented its financial and professional funding plan for green projects, key and potential sustainable development projects that play an important role in reducing Vietnam's carbon footprint. Besides, HSBC Vietnam will support the Ministry Of Natural Resources & Environment to develop a practical approach to realizing strategies in line with Vietnam's "zero" net emissions targets as well as building structures to open up international financial resources to support these goals. This bank also continuously granted green commercial credit for environmentally friendly projects, and renewable energy projects (Phu Tai Joint Stock Company, Trungnam Group...). In 2022, HSBC Vietnam also successfully arranged a number of syndicated loans for large Vietnamese enterprises, especially the first green syndicated loan worth USD 500 million for Vingroup and Vinfast.
