11983: The Company s predecessor was Long An Industrial Civil Construction Company under the Long An Department of Construction, established under Decision 1086/UBQD.83 of the Long An Provincial People s Committee in 1983.
1994: The Company was renamed Long An Construction Company under Decision No. 1381/UBQD.94 of the Long An Provincial People s Committee on August 8, 1994.
2001: The Company was renamed Long An Construction Investment Company under the Urban and Industrial Park Development Investment Corporation under Decision No. 1470/QD.BXD on September 5, 2001.
2005: The Company was equitized into Long An IDICO Construction Investment Joint Stock Company under Decision No. 2329/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction on December 16, 2005.
2010 INCREASE CHARTER CAPITAL
The company issued additional common shares to existing shareholders, increasing the charter capital to VND 85.5 billion.
