Company history:
1960: -The Company s predecessor was Construction Site 105, which was later transformed into Construction Company 105.
-After merging Construction Site 108 and a part of Construction Site 5 with Construction Company 105, the Industrial Construction and Installation Company was established.
1972: The Industrial Construction Company separated the electrical and water installation department of the Company to establish the Electrical and Water Installation Company, and changed its name to the Industrial Construction Company under the Hanoi Department of Construction in October 1972.
The period after the renovation from 1986 to the 2000s:
Under the direction of the Hanoi Department of Construction, the Company fundamentally changed its entire management system, oriented to expand relationships, joint ventures, and close links between the Company and construction units in the Department of Construction, Hanoi Construction Corporation, Thikeco Company, Construction Company 18, LICOGI Corporation, Lilama Installation Corporation to participate in the construction of many large projects such as: Dong Xuan Market, Hom Market, Hanoi P25 temporary detention camp, Hanoi Stadium, etc. In addition to joint ventures and bidding, since 1994 the Company has entered into a joint venture with Malaysia s REYNONG Group to build the Noi Bai - Soc Son synchronous development project, including Noi Bai industrial park, golf course and tourism, has completed the construction of key items and infrastructure, up to now the project has had over 20 100 foreign-owned factories operating in the industrial park. During this period, the Company was awarded the First Class Labor Medal, Third Class Military Exploit Medal and many Certificates of Merit by the City People s Committee and the Ministry of Construction. Typical projects in this period have been recognized with 9 high-quality gold medals and 02 times awarded the title of unit achieving high-quality products in the construction industry of Vietnam, etc.
Period 2004 - 2015
Starting from October 2004, the Industrial Construction Company under the Hanoi Department of Construction officially became a member of the Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation UDIC. Implementing the policy of innovation and restructuring of State-owned enterprises of the Party and the Government, according to Decree No. 187/2004/ND-CP dated November 16, 2004 of the Government on converting State-owned enterprises into joint stock companies, the Industrial Construction Company has converted the State-owned company into a joint stock company according to Decision No. 2320/QD-UB dated April 26, 2005 of the Hanoi People s Committee. On August 2, 2007, the Hanoi People s Committee issued Decision No. 3081/QD-UB on transforming the State-owned Industrial Construction Company into the Industrial Construction Joint Stock Company.
The Company has been granted a Quality Management System Certificate according to ISO 9001: 2008 standards and is applying a Total Quality Management System (TQM), striving to become one of the leading companies in the field of high-rise construction in the capital.
The success of the high-rise apartment project combining offices and services at 71 Nguyen Chi Thanh (a modern building with 25 floors, including 01 basement, 5 service floors) is a meaningful first step for the Company to determine its focus in the new phase - that is, investing in high-rise apartment projects and new urban areas.
Based on traditional experience combined with direct guidance from the leaders of the Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation, the Company has participated in implementing many large projects such as: 71 Nguyen Chi Thanh building, the body of the 19-storey CMC Knowledge building, 7-storey Phu Thuong Public Service House, 335 Cau Giay Trade Center, 22-storey CT 22 building in Nam Thang Long urban area, Traffic Construction Company 3 headquarters building, 19-storey LILAMA 10 Installation Company s office, CT-2C project including 01 19-storey building, 01 21-storey building, Bim Son Cement Factory Workers Housing, Veterinary Medicine Factory, Bac Thang Long Hospital, Yen Phong Industrial Park project, foundation and basement of Golf Club, Ninh Binh Provincial Tax Department Headquarters, Hanoi High-class Athlete Training Center (the project has been given a welcome sign 1000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi), High-rise residential and service project 198 Cau Tien, etc. Currently, the Dai Kim high-rise apartment complex project, commercial services, etc. have been approved by the City for the project location. High-rise apartment project No. 4 in the new urban area Southeast of Tran Duy Hung Street is working with the joint venture investors to make maximum efforts to implement the project investment in the fourth quarter of 2010.
In 2009, the Company was honored to be recognized as an Excellent Labor Collective by the Ministry of Construction, received the Emulation Flag of the Hanoi People s Committee and the Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister. In the post-equitization period, the Company continued to grow strongly and achieved many achievements in the Corporation.
