In early 2008, POWERWAY GROUP CO., LTD established its subsidiary in Bac Giang Province, Vietnam. The subsidiary is known under name of ITALISA (VIET NAM) CO.,LTD., getting involved in manufacturing sanitary products and accessories (showerheads, kitchen faucets, and other bathroom accessories…). Formerly, it had branches in Hanoi, Hochiminh, Danang, Bac Ninh province with the arm of developing the brand in the domestic market. However, as shared by Ms. Thao, chief accountant, because of the large orders from abroad, along with export incentives, the subject closed those branches to focus on export activities. Currently, 80% of output is for export, mainly to the USA and EU, the remaining is supplied for projects in the domestic market. In 2021, despite affecting by Covid-19, the subject still got a better business result than in 2020. Both revenue and profit increased compared to the previous year.
