Initially, the subject was founded in Dec 2010 with the former business activities as importing scrap steel, rolled steel sheets, shaped steel, materials for road and bridge construction. In Sep 2015, the subject started the first phase's construction of its owned spinning mill at “Km 3, National Road 1A, Ninh Phong Ward, Ninh Binh City, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam” on a total land area of nearly 5 hectares. After 18 months of construction, the first spinning factory was put into production in Mar 2017 with a designed capacity of 6,000 tons of yarns per year. Over 90% of the output products are exported overseas such as China (mainly), South Korea, USA ...  Especially, according to Ms. Nguyen Thi To Loan - the chief accountant, in 2018, the subject started the second phase's construction of its spinning mill. In early 2020, the second spinning factory was put into production with a designed capacity of 8,300 tons of yarns per year.Thanks to the addition of many large Chinese customers, the subject's business result still had good uptrend in 2021 despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the business operation largely depended on the interest-bearing debts hence, its capital structure was unsafe.
