1989: The precursor of the Company is Lang Son Tourism Company under People s Committee of Lang Son Province, founded on April 14, 1989.
1994: -Lang Son Tourism Company was merged with Lang Son Meals served Company, changed its name into Tourism Services Company by Decision No. 296-UB / QD Lang Son provincial People s Committee on August 19, 1994.
-The Company was changed its name into Lang Son Tourism Import - Export (State Company under Department of Trade and Tourism of Lang Son Pronvince) on January 27, 1994.
1995: Changed its name to Lang Son Tourism and import - export Joint Stock Company - The State Corporation under the Department of Trade and Tourism of Lang Son.
2006: The Company officially went into operation in the model of joint stock companies on March 10, 2006.
