Being founded in 1996 as a 100% Chinese invested company, the subject is specialized in manufacturing kinds of power batteries with the LONG brand. The materials for production are imported from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and India. The finished products are mainly exported overseas, to Taiwan, Japan, China, USA, India, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Cambodia…Noticeably, according to Mr. Trinh Minh Sang - the chief accountant, due to the strong fourth outbreak of the Covid Pandemic, the subject had to apply the social distancing solution based on the directive No. 16 of the government from early Aug 2021 to late Sep 2021. Hence, in the days of social distancing, the subject nearly ceased its production activities temporarily and there were several dozen of employees at work only following the “three on-site” model (eating, staying and working on the site for workers) in the company's campus. The subject had to delay many orders of clients and just implemented urgent orders during the days of social distancing. Then, in early Oct 2021, the subject started normal production activities again with around 3,000 employees. Please note that its labor force in the first half of 2021 reached around 3,500 employees.
