Licogi 13- Foundation Construction Joint Stock Company (Vietnam)

The subject had the precursor as one of the branches of Licogi 13 Joint Stock Company, which was separated to establish an independent company with the name of Licogi 13- Foundation Construction Joint Stock Company in 2007. Formerly, its main activities were foundation construction & treatment: by RC pile production and driving, pressing, bored piles, boundary walls, barrette walls and diaphragm wall, soil cement mixed column, sand piles, underground, foundation of the high buildings, and so on. However, in recent years, the subject expands its business portfolio into a general construction contractor which specializes in building kinds of civil and industrial projects. According to the subject's staff, it is focusing on the industrial park real estate projects now in order to meet the strong shift of FDI capital flow from abroad to Vietnam.At present, the subject has about 300 fixed staff. Besides, it hires more workers according to demand of each project and this worker source reaches over 2,000 ones.
